Absolutely. Our VAs are trained to work with popular industry tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Calendar, CRMs, and accounting platforms like QuickBooks.

5. What are your pricing plans?

We offer 4 core plans:
Mini: Light daily support (e.g., peak-hour inbox or bookings)
Open-Close: 1 hour in the morning + 1 hour in the evening
Part-Time: Dedicated assistant for part of the business day
Full-Time: Full-day coverage for all operational needsCustom plans are also available based on your workflow.

6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my package anytime?

Yes, you can adjust your plan month to month as your business needs change.

7. How do I communicate with my VA?

Most clients use Slack, WhatsApp, email, or your existing CRM. We adapt to your preferred channel.

8. Will I be working with the same VA every day?

Yes. You’ll have one consistent assistant. If backup is ever needed, we’ll coordinate a smooth handover.

9. How do you ensure quality and consistency in service?

Our success team monitors performance, client satisfaction, and offers coaching to VAs for ongoing improvement.

10. How long does it take to get started?

Most clients are matched within 48–72 hours. You can usually go live within 3 business days.

11. Can my VA answer calls or messages in my company’s name?

Absolutely. They’ll represent your brand using your name, greeting style, and tone guidelines.

12. Do I need to train the assistant myself?

Only in your preferences and specific processes. We handle foundational training and best practices.

13. What happens if my assistant is unavailable one day?

We offer optional backup coverage or can alert you in advance if a temporary pause is needed.

18. What’s the difference between the Mini and Open-Close packages?

The Mini Package provides light support during one key time block (usually morning), ideal for handling daily emails or booking requests.The Open-Close Package includes two focused sessions — one in the morning and one in the evening — designed to manage your business at both the start and end of the day.

19. Is there a setup fee?

We offer free setup for most clients. Larger teams or highly customized workflows may incur a small onboarding fee.

20. What time zones do your assistants work in?

Your VA is assigned based on your business hours — most work on US/Canada time zones or close to it.

21. How is my business data kept safe and confidential?

We use secure channels, NDAs, and best practices for data protection. You choose access levels and tools.

22. What happens if I’m not happy with my assistant?

Let us know. We’ll offer retraining or a replacement. You’re never locked into a bad match.

23. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

24. How quickly can a VA respond to client inquiries?

Response time depends on your plan. Full-day plans offer near-instant replies during business hours.

25. Can I give access to my systems safely (email, CRM, calendar)?

Yes. We recommend role-based permissions or account delegation where possible. We also guide setup.
